New Playwrights Foundation is run by the membership without a paid staff. The membership of NPF's writers workshop is approximately twenty-five contributing, meeting-attending, prolific, paid-up writers -- and directors, actors, producers, singers, filmmakers, and composers! Members are asked to contribute twenty-five dollars ($25.) per year to maintain our stock of letterhead, stamps, phone bills, room rentals, Internet site registration fees (!), and sundry supplies necessary for day-to-day operations Paid-up members may have their resumes listed at this website, and enjoy preference in scheduling, casting, etc. in all NPF readings, plays, video and film productions. Guests are welcome to attend regular meetings free of charge, but may not submit materials for discussion and/or consideration until they have participated in at least three (3) regular workshop sessions and made the $25 annual contribution.
