Terry Hagerty is a free-lance writer and actor. Born in Indiana, this fifth-generation Hoosier studied Theatre and Drama at Indiana University, and Screenwriting at the American Film Institute.

At one time or another, Terry has performed every task in the theatre, from writer to actor, director, lighting designer, stage carpenter, and ticket taker. He has also taken on practically every role on different videos and film shoots, from writer to producer, actor, assistant director, equipment coordinator, cameraman, and caterer.

Among his literary stage efforts, Terry had Shadow in the Dawn produced by the Civic Theatre of the Calumet Region in Hammond, Indiana; The Occasional Coup, Musing, and Home Schooling all produced by the Spokane Civic Theatre in Spokane, Washington; and a musical, The Gruagach, staged in Los Angeles, California by Tir Na Nog Productions and the San Quentin Drama Workshop.

As a screenwriter, Terry helped produce A Cross To Bear, an S, S, & H / A.F.I. Production; Spin Doctors, a Ker/Ter Production, and A Dream Come True from Tir Na Nog Productions.

Terry's numerous stage performances include Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Leandro in Scapino!, Barnaby Tucker in The Matchmaker, Charlie Brown in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Valentine and the First Officer in Twelfth Night, Rick Shannon in Shadows in the Dawn, and Brendan in The Gruagach.

His film and video roles include Ben in Spin Doctors, Harvey in A Dream Come True, Demitos in A Cross to Bear, John in Clown, Dr. Rickett in Behavior, Ramsey in Practical Solutions, and Mr. Jones in Operation Lizard.
